Product performance certifications include ASTM F1387-99 (2012), ISO 19879 (ISO 8434), ANSI NGV 3.1, ISO 15500 & ECE R110, American Bureau of Shipping PDA for “Fittings, Valves & Manifolds and DIN Single Ferrule Fittings, MSS-SP-99, Valve certifications for API 607 and Fugitive Emission. Fittings and Connectors
Fluid Controls offers a range of high quality, high performance fittings for a variety of applications. Our range includes double ferrule fittings for oil and gas, process and nuclear applications, to DIN single ferrule fittings for hydraulics and railways, threaded adaptors, quick release connectors and FlexiGrip fittings.
Valves & Manifolds
Fluid Controls offers a range of high quality, high performance valves and manifolds for a variety of applications. Our range includes needle, ball and check valves, high pressure needle valves to 30,000psi, gas valves, pre-fabricated instrument hookups, and floating ball valves
Clamps & Flanges
Fluid Controls offers standard duty, heavy duty and twin series pipe and tube clamps in polypropylene, polyamide and aluminium. The clamps are designed and validated to DIN 3015 standards. Fluid Controls flanges are designed to SAE and CETOP standards and are available with socket-weld and butt-weld connections for 3000psi and 6000psi applications

Fluid Controls has over 40 years of experience in engineering connections for railway brake piping assemblies. Millions of Fluid Controls connectors have been successfully installed on electric and diesel locomotives, motorized coaches, LHB and mainline coaches and metro cars.
